Suzuki at the TT Races 1960-67 (PB) In 2010, legendary Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki celebrated 50 years of international racing ? a proud heritage which started at the Isle of Man TT in 1960. This fascinating book, written by Elwyn Roberts with Raymond Ainscoe, charts the first seven years of Suzuki at the TT, combining fabulous photos from the period with well-researched, fascinating and thoroughly readable text. Suzuki at the TT Races 1960-1967 includes a foreword written Frank Perris, Suzuki team captain from 1962 to 1966. Elwyn Roberts is a lifelong road racing fan, former sidecar racer and rider sponsor. He has contributed to numerous articles and books, and his TT memorabilia collection featured in Mick Duckworth?s book TT100 and in the 2007 Manx Museum exhibition marking the TT?s centenary. Raymond Ainscoe has been writing about classic racing for almost three decades, his work appearing in many magazines and books. In addition he wrote the script for the Great Italian GP Racers programme, produced by Duke. As well as writing about classic racing machines, Raymond regularly joins parades and races for classic bike, usually on a Gilera.
